However, actual product colour, texture, pattern or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, manufacturing batches or natural variations in the material.
Product specifications, availability, pricing and delivery estimates may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The information applicable at the time of order confirmation will generally govern the transaction.
3. Product Images
Images displayed on the website are intended for product representation and reference. Lifestyle or interior images may be illustrative. Customers should consider the actual product specifications, colour, dimensions and material details before placing an order.
4. Pricing
All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price at the time the order is successfully placed and confirmed will be considered for the order, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Depending on the product, pricing may be calculated on a basis such as per square feet, per running meter, per roll or per KG. The applicable pricing method will be displayed on the relevant product page.
5. Minimum Order Quantity
Some products may have a specified minimum order quantity (MOQ). Customers must meet the applicable MOQ displayed on the product page before placing an order.
6. Orders
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not guarantee its availability or reserve the product. An order becomes subject to confirmation after successful payment and verification of the order details.
Fabribbon reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information or other operational reasons.
7. Payment
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment gateway available on the website. Customers agree to provide accurate and valid payment information where required.
An order will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation. If a payment is deducted but the order is not successfully created or confirmed due to a technical issue, the matter will be reviewed and handled through the applicable payment gateway and our support process.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We provide delivery across India through reputed logistics and transportation partners, subject to product availability and serviceability of the delivery location.
For products marked In Stock, the average delivery time is generally 7–10 working days. Made-to-order products may require approximately 10–15 working days. These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, logistics and other circumstances.
Shipping charges may depend on shipment weight, order quantity, product dimensions, delivery location and logistics partner charges. For smaller orders, a flat shipping charge of ₹300 may apply where applicable.
9. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including name, address, PIN code and contact number. Any delay or additional transportation cost resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
10. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the external condition of the package or material at the time of delivery. In case of visible damage, customers should take photographs or videos and contact Fabribbon as soon as possible with the order details and supporting evidence.
11. Product Installation
Fabribbon supplies flooring and wall-covering materials only. Installation services are not included in the product price or standard shipping service unless separately agreed in writing.
Customers may arrange installation through a local installer or undertake installation themselves using suitable installation materials and following the recommended installation method applicable to the product.
12. Product Usage
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product is suitable for their intended application, site conditions, dimensions and installation requirements. Product specifications and recommended applications should be reviewed before purchase.
13. Cancellation, Refund & Order Issues
Cancellation, refund or order-related requests will be handled according to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website.
Where a product has already been dispatched, delivered, specially sourced or processed specifically for the customer, cancellation or refund may be subject to the applicable policy and actual costs incurred.
14. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, quantity, dimensions, colour, finish, pricing method, delivery address and other order details before completing the purchase.
