Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 4 hours from the time the order is successfully placed.

To request cancellation, please contact us through WhatsApp or phone at 9694487555 and provide your order number and registered contact details.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is received within the applicable 4-hour cancellation window and the order has not been dispatched, the eligible amount will be processed for refund through the applicable payment method or payment gateway.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's bank account, card or other payment method may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the material has been dispatched from our facility or supplier, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

Customers are therefore advised to carefully verify the product, quantity, specifications, delivery address and other order details before completing the purchase.

Made-to-Order / Specially Sourced Products

For made-to-order, specially sourced or customized products, processing may begin shortly after order confirmation. However, the standard 4-hour cancellation window will apply only where the order has not already been dispatched.

Damaged Material at Delivery

If the material or package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers should take clear photographs or videos of the package and material and contact Fabribbon as soon as possible with the order number and supporting evidence. Such cases will be reviewed separately based on the nature of the issue and applicable policy.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the applicable payment gateway or original payment method, wherever possible. The actual credit time may vary depending on the payment gateway and customer's bank or financial institution.

Important Note

After dispatch, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted. Customers should ensure that all order details are correct before placing the order.
